Frank Federer Memorial Airport

The Frank Federer Memorial Airport is home to a 4,005-foot-long runway which is 75 feet wide located at 2 degrees and 20 degrees.

Both the runway and taxiway are asphalt. A new PAPI light system is in the process of being installed. The airport has 100 octane low-lead fuel sales available. 

 

Several aviation businesses operate off the facility including agricultural business, air craft maintenance, air craft parts manufacturing, and a private company that flies Single Engine Air Tanker planes doing fire suppression all over the Western United States. The day to day operations of the Airport is overseen by Airport Manager and Commission Secretary, Terry Burnett. The Airport Commission, comprised of 7 members, is the governing body that oversees the airport.
