Hon. Judge W. Martin’s ruts run deep in Brinkley, Arkansas. After graduating Brinkley High School , Judge Martin received his BS from the University of Central Arkansas and law degree from University of Arkansas School of Law. He settle back in Brinkley serving as the city attorney and presently as District 1 Court Judge.

Chief Court Clerk Kimberly Henry. She a wife and mother of 3 children. She went to Brinkley High School and has lived here her whole life. She looks forward to working in the courts. She has no plans of ever leaving her home town Brinkley.
