Brinkley Council meetings are every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month. They start at 6:00 p.m. Open to the public. They are hold at City Hall in the courtroom.
The Brinkley Police Department is currently accepting application for a Police Officer. Applicants must be 21 years of age and have no felony convictions. Uncertified pay is $16.50 an hour and certified pay is $18.00 an hour. Up to $2000.00 a year for certificate pay. Insurance available after 60 day of employment. 12 hour shifts. Application can be picked up at City hall or Brinkley Police Department.
City Clerk/Treasurer Office will be CLOSEDÂ Monday 16th, 2024 to the Friday 20th, 2024. Reopen Monday 23rd, 2024. She will be out for classes. City Hall and District Court will still be open.
Notice: The city is over run with numerous old vehicles that need to be got rid of . Call the City Hall at 870-734-1033 and we can tell you who to call. They will come look at the vehicle and tell you how much they will pay for the vehicle plus they will haul it off.
