The city council meets every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month. At city hall in the court room. Starts at 6:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome.
Notice: The city over run with numerous old vehicles that need to be got rid of. Call they city hall at 870-734-1033 and we can tell you who to call. They will come look at the vehicle and tell you how much they will pay for the vehicle plus they will haul it off.

The City of Brinkley, Arkansas hereby announces its fiscal year 2025-2027 goal of 4.2% for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation in airport construction projects. The DBE program, proposed goals and rationale are available for inspection between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday at Brinkley City Hall, 233 West Cedar, Brinkley, AR 72021 until December 2, 2024.
