Mayor Billy Hankins
My name is Billy Hankins mayor of Brinkley Ark. Brinkley has always been my home and I graduated from here in 1962. I will be married to the love of my life 55 years in October 2023. We have 3 daughters 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. I served 4 years on city council and starting my 3rd term as mayor January 2023. I strive being a people’s mayor to help our citizens when they have a problem. I love Brinkley and only want what is best for out town and citizens. We welcome any business to come talk to us about about coming to Brinkley.

Ms. Rollins is very thankful to serve her community and has 2 wonderful kids that is the light of her life, she hopes to help Brinkley become as wonderful as she remembers as a child.
She attends First Baptists Church where she enjoys helping with the youth. Also enjoys coaching softball.
Honorable John W. Martin Monroe County, District 1
Hon. Judge W Martin’s ruts run deep in Brinkley, Arkansas. After graduation Brinkley High School Judge Martin received his BS from the University of Central Arkansas and law degree from University of Arkansas School of Law. He settle back in Brinkley serving as the city attorney and presently as District 1 Court Judge.
